What information do you need from clients to start a project?
It will be helpful for both parties if we are on the same page as to understanding of your business, market niche, target audience, branding guidelines, and any specific features or functionalities required.
How involved will I be in the design process?
We will have 3-4 meetings to settle on the design, and will collaborate on the contents. In one meeting, nio rio will propose a few mood boards and content structures on each page. We need your input as to what look and feel we are going for, and if the contents work with your audience. Once we decide on the content strategy, we may need your help in providing discussed content materials, such as photographs, company information. In another 2-3 meetings, as nio rio present the design, we will make design decisions and nio rio will work on revisions. After design, it will mostly be on nio rio to realize the website and set up everything.
What happens if I want to make changes to the website after it's completed?
Just talk to us! We can quote you either based on hourly rate or the scope of the change.
Do you offer content creation services?
Yes. We offer copywriting, stock photograph and icons as standard content creation. We can also do graphic designs, 3D renders and animations. These additional content creating services also comes with a quote in customized package.
